How To Screenshot On Chromebook

There are a few ways to take a screenshot on a Chromebook.

Keyboard shortcut:

1. Press the Ctrl and Show windows keys at the same time.
2. Press the F5 key.

This will take a screenshot of the entire screen.

Screen capture tool:

1. Click the time in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Click the Screen capture button.
3. Select the type of screenshot you want to take:
   • Full screen: This will take a screenshot of the entire screen.
   • Partial screen: This will allow you to select a specific area of the screen to screenshot.
   • Window: This will take a screenshot of the currently active window.

External keyboard:

If you’re using an external keyboard, you can use the following keyboard shortcut to take a screenshot:

1. Press the Ctrl and Shift keys at the same time.
2. Press the F5 key.

This will take a screenshot of the entire screen.

Once you’ve taken a screenshot, it will be saved to your Files app. You can then edit, share, or delete the screenshot as needed.

Here are some additional tips for taking screenshots on a Chromebook:

• You can use the Space bar to change the size of the area you’re selecting when taking a partial screenshot.
