There are two ways to reset your Apple Watch:

Reset your Apple Watch from the watch itself:
- Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
- Tap General.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
- If prompted, enter your passcode and confirm that you want to erase your Apple Watch.

Reset your Apple Watch from your iPhone:
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap the My Watch tab.
- Tap General.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
- If prompted, enter your Apple ID password to confirm that you want to erase your Apple Watch.
Once you have reset your Apple Watch, it will be restored to factory settings. You will need to pair it with your iPhone again and set it up from scratch.
Important: Resetting your Apple Watch will erase all of your data and settings, including your apps, photos, music, and contacts. Be sure to back up your Apple Watch before you reset it.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind when resetting your Apple Watch:
- If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you will need to disable it before you can reset your Apple Watch.
- If you are selling or giving away your Apple Watch, be sure to reset it to erase all of your personal data.
- If you are having problems with your Apple Watch, resetting it may help to fix the problem.
If you have a cellular-enabled Apple Watch, you may need to contact your cellular carrier to dissociate your watch from your account if you plan to sell or give it away.
Please note that resetting your Apple Watch will erase all data on the device, so make sure to back up any important information before proceeding.
