To screen record on an iPhone, you can use the built-in screen recording feature. Here’s how to do it:
- Open the Control Center:
- On an iPhone with Face ID, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen.
- On an iPhone with a Home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
- In the Control Center, you should see a “Screen Recording” icon, which looks like a circle with a dot inside it. If you don’t see it, you may need to add it to the Control Center by going to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls and adding “Screen Recording.”
- Tap the “Screen Recording” icon. This will start a countdown, and then the recording will begin.
- To stop the screen recording, you can either tap the red recording indicator at the top of your screen and confirm that you want to stop, or you can go back to the Control Center and tap the “Screen Recording” icon again.
- The recorded video will be saved to your Photos app.
You can also customize your screen recording settings by long-pressing the “Screen Recording” icon in the Control Center. This allows you to toggle options like microphone audio, set a timer, and more.
Please note that iOS may prompt you for permission to record the screen, and certain apps or features may restrict screen recording for privacy and security reasons.
