For iOS (iPhone and iPad):
- Find the app you want to delete on your home screen.
- Press and hold the app’s icon until it starts shaking, and an “X” appears in the upper-left corner of the app icon.
- Tap the “X” on the app you want to delete.
- A confirmation message will appear. Tap “Delete” to remove the app.
- If the app is part of a folder, the folder will close automatically after you delete the app.
For Android:
- Open the “Settings” app on your Android device.
- Scroll down and select “Apps” or “Application Manager,” depending on your device.
- Find the app you want to delete in the list of installed apps.
- Tap on the app’s name to open its information page.
- On the app information page, you’ll see an option to “Uninstall.” Tap on it.
- A confirmation message will appear. Tap “OK” to uninstall the app.
Please note that some apps may be pre-installed on your device and cannot be uninstalled. You can, however, disable these apps if you don’t want to use them. The process might vary slightly depending on your device’s manufacturer and Android version.
Keep in mind that deleting an app will remove it from your device, along with any associated data or settings. Be cautious when deleting apps, as some may be essential for the proper functioning of your device.
